Replacement Canvas Body for 12x9 Cabin

This is my second tent from Kodiak Canvas. I use this tent all summer in my extended yard and it is perfect. It is big, roomy, has lots of windows and is strong against the wind and rain. Customer service is the best as well. You can’t get much better than that!

Come in during the night. The tent stood strong and sturdy.

I used this tent for the 3rd time in less that a year and the side that doesn't have the awning ripped at the floor seam leaving a 3 foot hole in my tent. I contacted Kodiak over a week ago with no response. Severely disappointed in this tent and the service I've received.

Thanks for your honest review. We strive to be responsive to our customers and their needs, so if you did not get excellent customer service we apologize. Regarding the seam rip pull the stakes not the tent or tent loops when you remove the stakes. Normally when a customer yanks on the tent to remove a 12" stake in firm soil, the stake wins. Sorry this type of damage is not covered by our warranty. However, it can normally be repaired at a local canvas shop for a reasonable price.
