Shipping & Returns


We want to get you your Kodiak Canvas product as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your gear to good use! Where do we ship? Currently we do not ship outside of the contiguous United States. Exceptions can be made, however. If you’d like to see if you’re exceptional, please shoot us a note on our ‘Contact Us’ page.


We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM MT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. FedEx expedited options may not be available in all areas. The following shipping options are available to you but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options. Note that we pass along the exact FedEx cost of shipping based on the package size and weight and your destination from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, UT.

Kodiak Canvas and FedEx will not be shipping or delivering on these holiday dates in 2024. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

Kodiak Canvas can not ship to a PO Box. We require a physical address to ship our products.


Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are available to be shipped via FedEx priority only (2-day or Overnight). If you live in AK or HI, please select a priority shipping option at checkout to ensure the fastest processing time. If you don’t, we’ll have to contact you with the revised shipping costs to get your order to you – before we ship your items.


We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Kodiak Canvas products as we are. If we somehow messed up, or if there’s a warranty issue, we offer free returns for a refund or exchange. If you’re returning for any other reason, we ask that you pay the shipping back to us.

For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through our Warranty Form and will be provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return of your eligible Kodiak Canvas product.


We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:
  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number.
  • Securely attach your return label to the package.
  • Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.
  • If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
