We’ve had this tent for 4 years. It fits us and our 4 kids (with the littlest in a cot) very comfortably. We had several downpours and it hasn’t leaked at all. It is incredibly well made with the stitching, zippers and canvas all top notch. Also, the floor material is awesome. I don’t know exactly what it is but it’s so comfortable on the feet and our babies have always loved crawling around on it as a play space.
I agree with a few other people that a few extra guy lines would be handy as I feel I can’t properly stake it out in heavy rain, but even if water pools it doesn’t leak.
It’s pretty quick to setup. If I have two people we can probably get it up in 10-15 minutes. I have set it up by myself a few times but it is very tricky and can be frustrating.
We also use heavy lag bolts with oversized washers and set them with an impact driver. It makes tent setup quick and easy on hard packed tent pads.
It’s an incredible product and I am very glad we bought it. I almost want an excuse to buy another one.
