What a disappointment! I purchased the 12 x 12 cabin, and I am pleased with the product for the $ spent. With a little extra care in ground preparation and proper tarp under the cabin and a few extra corner tie down ropes, the cabin tent is sufficient for our use. When I purchased the cabin, I had plans to add the enclosed awning accessory. Seemed like a good plan. Well… turns out not so much of a good plan. Pictures are a little deceiving, in that one might think this is an extension of the already enclosed cabin. It’s really not. It’s just an awning with draped walls. No floor, not really enclosed to weather or rodents and such. Other than the attachment to the main cabin ( sketchy at best) , it’s really just like a pop up canopy with walls. For half the $ of the cabin tent, I’d say it’s a poor choice and definitely not worth the $. Make the awning into an 8x8 enclosed tent/room, and now you have something worth purchasing.
