Awning poles
Handy product but feel the plastic grommet holding pin on top is faulty. Would be better as solid metal. Same issue over and over.

Non-adjustable
Very sorry to see the design has changed, not an improvement. We have the 10x14 and have the privacy screen. Kicking legs out to adjust hight is not a good option and in windy weather and soft ground creates a fail point if you have to kick the leg out more than a foot or so. Sad to see this change. Will have to look elsewhere for the old design?

Awning pole
These pole are strong and sturdy, the price is great, and I love that they are adjustable. I needed just one, but bought three so I could use a couple on a shelter project I am working on. I think they will work perfectly!

Kodiak Canvas Awning Pole
I purchased these only to find out after they arrived that you can not adjust the height like the original poles that came with the tent. It’s a problem if you want to lower one corner for rain to run off. Also you should be able to raise them for taller people to walk under the awning without hitting their head on the canvas. Shipping is too expensive to return for refund. *** Sorry to disappoint Camping Guy. We did have some adjustable awning poles that have been phased out. The reason is for quicker set up and more reliable--less moving parts. In wet weather it is suggested to lower one side by putting the pole on a slant. That will allow water to roll off.
